Who we are and how we got started
Lynn Woodward Electric (LWE) began operations in 1960. In 1985, the company was purchased by Bruce Jardine and Dick Clark. The current owners Tucker Jardine and Kacey Jardine purchased LWE in February of 2019 after attaining experience of over 20 years each within the company. LWE focused for several years on residential and small commercial electrical work. During the 1980’s and 1990’s LWE experienced steady growth and continued to gain more commercial and industrial experience. The growth continues even today. LWE now specializes in all types of commercial, industrial, new construction residential and service electrical work. LWE has also developed medium voltage and substation experience.
LWE has become an industry leader and performed new construction and retrofit work to companies in several industries. These include: health care, technical and data information systems, critical power systems, industrial process and manufacturing, site development, distribution centers, retail, office campus and high-rise. LWE is located in northern Utah and has performed work throughout the western United States.
We currently employ a staff capable of manning anything from a small office buildout to multimillion dollar manufacturing facilities. We are the preferred electrical contractor for any project!

Kacey Jardine
Owner
Kacey’s employment with LWE began in 1998, progressing from a first-year apprentice to a seasoned journeymen. Since becoming a journeyman electrician, Kacey has gained extensive experience in the management of large electrical construction projects for LWE. He has led electrical crews on over 40 major new construction projects. His work has provided Kacey with a thorough understanding of electrical control and distribution systems, me and budget management, design changes and overall plan implementation. His oversight and direction have allowed us to finish projects ahead of schedule with significant cost savings. Kacey’s on-site experience allows him to contribute a wide array of insight and perspective in the planning and construction of new facilities and systems.
Tucker Jardine
Owner
Tucker’s employment with LWE began in 1999. He grew up in the Ogden area and has been around the electrical trade his entire life. He began work as a laborer and delivery driver, then entered LWE’s electrical apprentice program. Tucker currently fills the role an estimator and project manager along with ownership duties. Tucker received his B.A. in Integrated Studies from Weber State University and is a licensed Master electrician. His experience and understanding of all aspects of the electrical trade enable him to effectively estimate and manage projects for LWE. Tucker combines hands‐on field experience with theoretical application to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful completion of projects.
