LWE completed a state of the art carbon fiber bicycle component manufacturing facility in 2016. The project consisted of 80,000 square feet of both office areas and manufacturing areas. The office included a very impressive lobby, individual offices and conference rooms, R&D testing labs, light machining areas, and a large cafeteria for their employees. The manufacturing areas include power to high end equipment used to produce carbon fiber wheels and other items. A 1,000 square foot walk‐in freezer was also installed. The facility is fed from a 2000A service and has extensive power distribution in order to feed equipment. LWE performed all equipment hookups and installed special systems such as fire alarm and extensive lighting control. ENVE is known worldwide as the manufacturer of the best bike wheels available. The project is a cornerstone piece in a new development in Ogden City.
