LWE completed a 70,000 square foot auto dealership for the Larry H. Miller Group in 2013. This dealership is largely considered the “crown jewel” of the Miller Group dealerships. The project consisted of a very high end finish in all aspects of the building. The interior of the building utilizes both fluorescent and LED fixtures. The site lighting is accomplished using fluorescent pole lights. The service and repair bays are state of the art, and are lit with fluorescent fixtures. The building is served with a 1000A service. A full fire alarm system and raceways for data systems were also included in the project.

This is a very nicely finished auto dealership and is representative of a Luxury brand of automobile.
