LWE completed a very high end Mercedes Car Dealership in 2016. The project consisted of a top of the line showroom, Class A offices and administration areas, and a state of the art service facility. The Lot included (44) LED Light poles and associated signage. Overall, the building was 52,000 square feet with roughly an 8 acre site. LWE installed a 1200A service along with a 50 KW generator to provide both utility and emergency power. A high end security system was also installed in the facility under the direction of LWE. Through Value Engineering, LWE was able to save the ownership group over $200k and still maintain the level of finish they were looking for.
