This project was built for Weber State University to house their campus security and parking administration and enforcement offices. The project consisted of a single story 2700 square foot building with associated site work. Within the building, very high end finishes were used with a complete LED lighting package.

Also included in the project was a 1200’ concrete conduit ductbank. The ductbank included (3) very detailed precast data vaults. In order to accomplish the project, extensive coordination with UDOT was required since the project included partially closing public roadways. The ductbank was completed on a very tight schedule in order to minimize the impact to the university.
