Project Overview: LWE completed a 530,000 square foot warehouse Core and Shell for the Boyer Company in Salt Lake City, UT. The project is fed with 2 services. The first is a 3000 amp 480 volt service to feed the building. The second is an 800 amp 480 volt service to feed the fire pump. The project included 33 light poles, building lighting, and feeds to unit heaters throughout the massive building. The project is one of the first to be built in the new Salt Lake City NW Quadrant which will eventually be part of the inland port area.
