Project Overview: LWE completed a 632,000 square foot warehouse and office for Cabela’s. This building sits on a 37 acre site in Tooele, Utah. This distribution center is the main distribution hub for the western United States. The project has over 4,500 LED light fixtures installed, over 47 miles of conduit, and 162 miles of wire. The interior of the building has a very extensive conveyer system that shuttles incoming and outgoing product, A three level order picking platform, and acres of high stack pallet racking. The building is served with 2—3000A 480v. services. A full fire alarm system and raceways for data systems were also included in the project. The Cabela’s Distribution Center in Tooele is a sight to be seen.
