Project Overview: The Hershey Company’s 57,000 square-foot distribution center at Business Depot Ogden stores and distributes Hershey candies and syrup products throughout the western United States. LWE installed all electrical systems for Hershey’s ability including site lighting poles and wallpacks, office and warehouse lighting, and power distribution—One-line, switchgear, and airhandlers. LWE installed a 250-kilmvall 277/BBOV generator with automatic transfer switching, ran raceways for phone/data and security systems, and connected battery charging system. We also installed the backbone grid from Pocky Mountain Power’s MO substation to the facility.
